Where do I get my tracking number?
Tracking is sent to the email you used at checkout (when available). Check spam/promotions if you don't see it.
My package says "delivered" but I don't have it.
First check around your address and with neighbors/building management. If it's still missing, contact us with your order number and we'll help you troubleshoot with the carrier.
Tracking hasn't updated in a few days — what now?
Some scans happen in batches. If updates pause for several days, contact us with your order number and we'll investigate the carrier status.

Do you offer local pickup?
If you want a local pickup option in BC, contact us — we'll confirm if it's available for your area and order size.
Can you ship to PO boxes?
Some services can deliver to PO boxes and some can't. If you need a PO box delivery, choose an option at checkout that supports it (when available).
What happens if a package is returned to sender?
If a package is returned due to an address issue or missed delivery, contact us. We can re-ship once it arrives back, or arrange a fair solution. Return shipping may apply.
